Kansas City Apartment Sales Slow in First Half of the Year

Multifamily Sales activity in Kansas City slowed in the first half of 2024. Through the first two quarters of the year, just over 2,200 apartment units were sold. This is the lowest level since 2010, when the market was recovering from the Great Financial Crisis, and 44% below the yearly average since 2008.
