Marseille's Avenue du Prado is buzzing with activity. Two and a half months after Groupe Finamas acquired 300 Prado (5,000 m² of office space) from KanAm Grund Group following a competitive bidding process, another family-owned property company has made its mark on the famous Marseilles thoroughfare. According to our information, Alphamily has just signed for 377: "We've been working on this for a year now," confides CEO Jérémy Halfon, who is quick to describe the 1,100 m² mixed-use development as a " trophy asset " that has been privately owned since its construction.
