Investor uncertainty in 2020 led to a sharp decrease in sales activity in Sacramento, California, throughout that year. However, activity accelerated in 2021, with sales volume reaching $385 million during the fourth quarter, resulted in records for both annual sales volume and quarterly sales volume. That investment continued into 2022, with a new record for sales volume in the first quarter resting just below $250 million.
