Heading into the final months of 2024, approximately 6.2 million square feet of industrial space is underway in Indianapolis, with logistics space comprising 93.5%. The space underway is down roughly 46% since the third quarter of last year and represents a decline of 79% since the third quarter of 2022 when just over 30 million square feet of industrial space was underway.
