Baltimore’s office vacancy rate is now the highest it has been in nearly a decade after increasing from 10.3% at the end of 2019 to about 11.8% as of spring 2023. That effectively means that about 2.2 million additional square feet of office space is now vacant throughout the greater metropolitan area.
