A historically low vacancy rate has given developers the green light to build more industrial product in the Las Vegas Valley, and that is exactly what they are doing. About 17.7 million square feet of industrial space is under construction, which would equate to about 10.3% of existing inventory. Roughly 13 million square feet is concentrated in the North Las Vegas area north of U.S. Route 95.
