Seattle Area Industrial Investment Picking Up in August

Two Large Deals Indicate Potential Comeback in Sales Activity

Industrial investment in the Seattle area started slowly in the third quarter, but it appears some investors are returning to the market. Sales volume in July finished at just over $25 million, but the first half of August has already resulted in nearly $60 million worth of trades, putting it on pace to be the strongest month since the outbreak began.
