With interest rates rising and tighter borrowing standards, sales volume for commercial real estate transactions declined in the Seattle metropolitan area after a robust first half of the year. There is liquidity in capital markets and deals that are happening are less leveraged than in years past, but many investors are waiting on the sidelines.
