Developers in Atlanta brought a bevy of new, luxury apartments to the region this decade, ranging from high-rises in midtown and Buckhead to mid-rise buildings in suburban downtowns. With those developments came some of the highest asking rents the market has ever seen, and that is a trend that is expected to continue in the 2020s.
