A sluggish second half after a promising start meant it was a challenging 2024 for the office sector across Surrey and North Hampshire, with marked differences in activity across towns including Guildford, Woking, Weybridge, Basingstoke and those in the Blackwater Valley, reports Curchod & Co in its annual office market review.
