Office Availability in the South West Hits a Six-Year High

The amount of office space available for lease in the South West has risen by 28% over the past year as the coronavirus crisis has dampened leasing and caused firms to re-evaluate space needs. It reached a six-year high in December 2020, with around at 6.2m sq ft on the market. The region’s office availability has risen by more than the UK average, with office availability rising by 19% over the same period.
