Michigan State University Invests in Detroit's Historic Fisher Building

Investment Includes Three Additional Sites Pitched for Development

The Michigan State University endowment and MSU Federal Credit Union are investing in the historic Fisher Building in Detroit that local developer and property management partner The Platform said will preserve “Detroit’s Largest Art Object."
Under this partnership, The Platform will retain its role as the managing partner, overseeing building operations and leasing activities. Additionally, MSU Federal Credit Union has assumed the role of the property's lender, contributing to its long-term stability and growth.
