Strong Investor Demand Fuels Southern California Industrial Values

Inland Empire Pricing Surpasses $200 Per Square Foot

Industrial assets in the Inland Empire saw some of the highest jumps in pricing last year amid a supply chain backlog at the Southern California ports. The average sales price topped $200 per square foot, up 37% from the $146 per square foot average in 2020. Average transaction values have more than doubled since 2016, when the average price was just $94 per square foot.
