Indianapolis commercial investing volume continues to decrease

This year's sales volume is 50% lower than last year with three months remaining

As we move into the final months of 2024, commercial real estate investment in Indianapolis continues to cool after hitting a record-breaking $5.4 billion in sales volume in 2022. So far this year, Indianapolis has had $1.3 billion worth of sales across all property types, with industrial sales totaling $470 million leading the property classes. For industrial sales this year, logistics properties accounted for nearly 75% of the volume, which has been typical over the past few years.
