Governor Larry Hogan’s announcement Tuesday that the redevelopment of State Center will finally move forward may provide benefits to more parts of Baltimore than just Midtown. As part of the redevelopment plan, Hogan noted that the agencies currently occupying space there would first need to be relocated, and specifically to the central business district.
