Las Vegas Retail Investment Volume Increased in First Three Quarters of 2019

Investment volume for Las Vegas retail assets through the third quarter of this year increased by about $80 million over the first three quarters of 2018. However, the number of overall properties traded declined by about 20%. Market capitalization rates in 2019 have stayed relatively steady from last year at around 6.5%.
