Group Meetings Give Orlando Hotel Demand a Lift

Conventions and trade shows are finally getting back to in-person meetings and Orlando’s hotels are enjoying the results. According to STR, CoStar’s hospitality analytics firm, Orlando posted the highest group occupancy among the top 25 hotel markets for six consecutive weeks, and preliminary data for March indicates group demand surpassed 1 million room nights for the first time since February 2020.
