Prologis, the world's largest developer and owner of industrial real estate, expects to increase building, buying and leasing of logistics facilities at a strong clip this year, a reflection of an increasing number of companies reorganizing their supply chains around e-commerce as the pandemic has accelerated the growth of online shopping.
