Based in Boston, Sorrentino monitors and analyzes CoStar’s extensive real-time, transaction data to deliver insight and compelling analysis of market trends across the multi-family, office, industrial, and retail markets for CoStar clients throughout the Greater Boston region.

Before joining CoStar, Sorrentino was the North America Research Manager at a multi-national construction firm. He has also served as a market expert for companies in proptech and commercial brokerage. He holds a combined degree in Economics, Environmental Studies and Business Finance from Northeastern University.
