Emmy has over 15 years of experience in the lodging sector in different capacities including operations, research analytics, business development, hotel performance optimization analytics, and data consulting for STR. She has focused on numerous lodging and real estate projects including market studies, due diligence, single asset and portfolio transactions, valuations, underwriting, and amenity and facility offerings analysis that facilitated decisions impacting performance.
She attended the University of Colorado at Boulder and earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration at the Leeds School of Business.
